What owns the copyright to my media after I upload it to the site?
FastAlbum is a showcase for your media and a tool for sharing, not a rights acquirer or licensor. You always retain the original copyright to your unique work and are not bound exclusively to us in any way, shape, or form. All content posted on FastAlbum must be originally created by you and must not violate any rights of any third party. Additionally, FastAlbums's policies prohibit the selling or sharing of pornography on our site. FastAlbum reserves the right to judge whether specific content is prohibited and also reserves the right to delete any media that violate these parameters. If you have seen material on FastAlbum that you believe is illegal, against our stated policy or was copyrighted and uploaded without permission to FastAlbum, please notify us at chase@fastalbum.com. What type of Internet connection speed do I need?
Any connection speed will work fine, but faster is always better.

Are there any limits on what I can upload to FastAlbum?
There are currently no limits to the amount or size of media files you can upload to FastAlbum during the introductory period, nor any limit to the amount of times your media can be watched (bandwidth), nor any limit to the amount of photo albums you can have. However, this is a limited time special offer.

Can everyone who visits FastAlbum see my material?
Yes, if you choose to publish your photos in "public" albums. You can choose to publish your photos in "private" albums so that only those with a password specified by you can view them.
